Fisrt, I usually try to not make any noise during eating time, because I think making noise while eating is not good to see and also it's not good mannar. Moreover talking while chewing some foods also doesn't look good. Secondly, when I eat meal with my family, I try to just focus on my meal. Like just focus on family time.  Try to not watching something or phone with someone. Lastly, I don't leave the table until everyone finish eating.

First, I usually try to not make any noise during eating time.
You should spell first correctly. You may remove "because" and make a new sentence.

I think making noise while eating is not good to see and also it's not good mannar.
I think making noise while eating is not good to hear and, it's also not a good manner.
Change see to hear because the idea of your sentence appeals to the sense of hearing.
Spell manner correctly. Position "also" after the verb. Add the article "a".

Moreover talking while chewing some foods also doesn't look good.
Moreover, talking while chewing some foods also doesn't look good.
Put a comma after moreover because you're using it as a conjunctive adverb.

Secondly, when I eat meal with my family, I try to just focus on my meal.
Secondly, when I eat meals with my family, I try to just focus on my meals..
Change meal to meals when you talk about something in general.

Like just focus on family time.
I just focus on family time.
Put a subject in your sentence to make it complete.

Try to not watching something or phone with someone.
I try not to watch something or talk over the phone with someone.
Put a subject in your sentence to make it complete and put a verb on your next clause.

Lastly, I don't leave the table until everyone finish eating.
Lastly, I don't leave the table until everyone has finished eating.
Change your verb tense to a past perfect tense.
